NEW Art Impressions – Spooktacular Triangle Fun Fold Easel Cards!

I’m so happy to be showing you this brand-new Ai Spooktacular Set (6111) that includes a wonderful window, ghost, “mummy” frog, lamp post with spider and pumpkins, a bat, spider, spooky house, a sentiment, as well as the coordinating dies!

We are going to create two triangle fun fold cards today! These are so easy to create, and I will show you exactly how to create this card base in today’s video. Just a few folds and you are all set to go!

Let’s get started by stamping and coloring all of the images using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in the following colors: Blender, Tea Rose, Yellow, Orange, Ice Blue, Deep Red Grape, Sand, Beige, Mid Brown, Warm Gray 4, Lt Gray, Green Gray, Gray, Cool Gray 6, Platinum Brown, Ever Green. Now with the coordinating dies we can die-cut all of these images.

For each of our little vignettes let’s start with a pretty scalloped glittery orange square using the Ai Scalloped Square Dies (6047). Then we can add a patterned paper background to each using the Ai Halloween Journal PP (5605) and Ai Halloween S2 PP (5849). And one more square layer using those same papers!

Let’s layer these together and add a spattering of black acrylic paint for a spookier look! We can also add our images by popping them up using some 3D Foam Squares for a bit of added dimension.

We will also add a few sparkly sequins in green, orange, and purple to tie everything together.

Now we can add this to our triangle fold card base by applying tape to only half of the square panel so that it will pop up nicely. Again, I will show you this in the video as well.

For the inside of the card, let’s add another patterned paper square and center it on the inside of the card and then we will stamp our sentiments from the Ai Halloween Sentiments Set (5603) and die-cut the sentiments from the Ai Scalloped Circle Die Set (6045). We will add a bit of black ink around the edges and pop the sentiment up on the inside of the card. This creates the easel for this design!

This card design is so easy and fun to create and can be used for any season or any stamp designs!
