Fun and Easy Window Fold Card!

Today we will be creating and extra special window fold card! I’ll show you an easy way to create a fun peek-a-boo window opening for your card! We will be using the Ai Feline Set (5369) for our focal image and one of the sentiments and then we will use the Ai Birthday Buggy Set (5455) for the banner sentiment on the front of our card. The sentiment on the inside of the card says “Oh…were you going to eat this?” which is just so perfect for this card.

To set the scene for this card we will be using some pretty double-sided patterned papers. Let’s start by die cutting the front panel and inside panels of the card using the Ai Rectangle A2 Double Stitched Dies Set (5063) and then we will be using the Ai Square Double Stitched Die Set (5061) to create the square opening in the card. I will show you how to create this unique folded window opening and I will also give you a few different other ideas for creating this window card!

All of the coloring will be done using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in the following colors: Blender, Tea Rose, Lt Pink, Pale Rose, Haze Blue, Lt Gray, Beige, Lt Brown.

We will add a few star sequins, pretty pink gems and the Wink of Stella Clear Glitter Pen for some added sparkle!

Art Impressions Feline Snuggle Slimline Card

Hello Ai Fans!!!

Todays card is inspired by the current Art Impressions Blog Challenge which is called “Feline Crazy”. You are welcome to participate in this fun challenge if you wish by creating a card of your own and submitting it to the challenge. Oh and….there are PRIZES involved here….yay!!! We can’t wait to see what you create!

So the idea is to create a project in any cat theme….just keep in mind that you do want the cat to be the focal point of the project.

So for my card and video I have created a fun winter scene with the little snowman from Art Impressions Chubby Snowman Set (5351) and the precious cat from the Art Impressions Feline Set (5369). We will alter the snowman image slightly so that we can place our adorable little cat in his arms for a winter snuggle!

I was thinking that maybe for some of you the thought of filling an entire slimline card might be a little too time consuming or intimidating. So I’ve created todays card to inspire you to look at these a little differently and to show you how you can create a fun card by just leaving some “white space”.

We will do some simple masking to create the sky section on this card! We will also add some paw prints in the snow which will fill in some of the space on the bottom section of the card. We will then add a sentiment, some vellum snowflakes, and some sparkly embellishments to complete our scene!

Art Impressions Let’s Pawty Card

Hello Ai Fans!!!

In today’s card and video will will be creating this fun feline “Let’s Pawty” Card! This card is inspired by the current Art Impressions Blog Challenge which is to create a celebratory card for the 300th challenge!!!

We will be using the brand new and super cute Feline Set (5369). This set has many cute feline images as well as some fun sentiments and the best part is that the dies are included!!!!

To set the scene for these two mischievous little kitties, we will be creating a beautiful sky and grassy border using the two newest Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks in Crackling Campfire and Rustic Wilderness! We will also mix up our stamp and die sets to create a fun clothesline scene for our feline friends!
