Today we will be creating a fun See-through Acetate Tent Fold Card! I just couldn’t resist using this adorable Ai Love Thing Set (4752)! This sweet couple is enjoying a delicious box of chocolates and they just look like they are in absolute heaven! Once I had that thought in my head I just felt like they had to be floating in and on some beautiful puffy clouds!

To get started let’s stamp and color our focal image using the Zig Clean Color Real Brush Pens in the following colors: Blender, Sugared Almond Pink, Pale Rose, Deep Red, Flesh Colour, Haze Blue, Smoky Teal, Lt Gray, Oatmeal, Beige, Mid Brown, Gray Brown.

Next we can cut out this image using a pair of detail scissors….leaving a small white border all the way around.

Now we can create our puffy clouds using the Lawn Fawn Outside In Stitched Cloud Stackable Dies. I’ll show you how to line up the die in order to create the top tab for our card. I’ll also give you a few tips for sandwiching the clear acetate between this cluster of clouds. This acetate will create a nice sturdy yet see-through cover for our card. This creates a really unique and special look on your card!

For some additional clouds we will use the Lawn Fawn Cloudy Stencil and the Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Pad in Stormy Sky. Next, we can add some additional interest by using the Lawn Fawn Falling Hearts Stencils to add some pretty hearts to the sky.

We will be stamping the coordinating sentiment from this same stamp set and this says…”It’s a love thing”. So true!!!
