Today we will create two cards by doing some stenciling and foiling using the Pinkfresh Studio “Geo Arch” products. By combining the Hot Foil Plate and the coordinating three-part stencil set, we will get some absolutely beautiful results!
Let’s get started by using the Spellbinders Glimmer Foil System to foil the Geo Arch Hot Foil Plate. We will use some pretty silver foil. This creates a gorgeous background which could be used with a sweet sentiment for a simple yet gorgeous card!
Next, we will using the coordinating three-part stencil set to add some color and dimension to this background. I’ll show you how to add some shadowing and spattering for added interest! We will be using the Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Inks for some beautiful blending.
Now we can add a strip of silver metallic cardstock to the left side of the card and some velvet trim in coordinating colors.
For the sentiments, we will be using some fun foiled ephemera pieces from Pinkfresh Studio. These ephemera sentiments and florals are fun to combine together for a unique look on your card! You could certainly foil your own sentiments using your Hot Foil Plates.
Finally, we will add some Pinkfresh Studio Silver Metallic Pearls on the ribbon and around the sentiments!
